Console is a multi-user, multi-group, and multi-location framework that provides an easy to use starting point for any application or project that requires various levels of access control that can easily be incorporated into the logic of your program. In short, Console provides a graphical user interface for user, group, location, control range, and control element management that your program will use in determining what an individual may access or not depending on their specified permissions. Console will evaluate access controls in the following order: User Rules (higest priority), Group Rules, and Location Rules (lowest priority).
